November 3rd

We will be collecting Halloween candy from students/staff on Monday, November 3rd. We will be taking it to Around the Mountain Dentistry where it will be sent to troops overseas. Money generated from giving candy to Around the Mountain will be placed in our Christmas account fund to help purchase gifts for some of our less fortunate students and their families. The class who donates the most candy will win a nacho party on Friday, November 7th. Time to be determined.

We still need volunteers to help with the Halloween Carnival on Friday, 10/24.

Hi Lobo Families,

The Annual DeMiguel Halloween Carnival will be held October 24th and we are looking for volunteers to help us during the event. Thanks to those who already signed up to help, however we still have many spots to fill.
5:00-5:30 will be ticket and pizza sales, with the carnival running from 5:30-7:30. We will need help with set up, ticket sales, pizza sales, the cakewalk & clean up. Anyone who volunteers for a shift will receive 10 free carnival tickets!!!

We are also looking to have cakes donated for the cake walk, which can be dropped off any time on Thursday or by 1:00 on Friday.
We really want to make this a special night for the kids - and we can't do it without you!! Please click the link below to sign up.**

5th grade

Calling all night time photography buffs:

We are compiling our 5th grade memory book and our theme is connecting the NASA Explorer status with making memories.

Do you have a photo of an evening sky or the DeMiguel Observatory that you would be willing to donate for the front of the fifth grade memory book?

If so, please email the photo to kdodds@fusd1.org.  Submission of photos grants permission to use those photos in DeMiguel Elementary's fifth grade memory book.
