experience something different. You’ve got plenty of options for summer camps
to occupy his or her days, but this one is unlike any you’ve ever known. Camp Invention unlocks your

Camp
Invention is the only nationally acclaimed summer enrichment day experience for
children entering grades 1 – 6 led by local certified educators, with a great
staff ratio of 1:8.
This camp is truly one-of-a-kind – created with inspiration from
the National Inventors Hall of Fame Inductees.
We also know this because it has been very successful right here in
Flagstaff at Puente de Hozho Elementary school for a number of years.
The Camp Invention experience helps to build the
future, one thinker at a time. Camp Invention runs for one action-packed week,
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Each day, campers work in
teams as they rotate between four fun thematic modules. Each module brings new
challenges to build upon what was learned the previous day. Just imagine what
your child could experience:
Ø Collaborate to build prototypes,
following the example of National Inventors Hall of Fame inductees.
Ø Up-cycle and re-engineer with gears and
gadgets, developing critical-thinking skills and creativity.
Ø Explore STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering and Math) enrichment, motivating a group to develop solutions to
real-world problems.
